Jean Touttée, the firm’s founding partner, specializes in tax law. He has developed particular expertise in the taxation of groups, restructuring and acquisition operations (structuring of the overall scheme and taxation of managers in particular), the taxation of company directors, the taxation of family assets (family office) and the taxation of non-profit organizations (associations, endowment funds, etc.).

Before creating the firm at the end of 1999, he worked at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (1990-1999).

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Jean Touttée holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation – DJCE Paris II Assas (1988) as well as a Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies – DECF (1991). He is also a member of the Business Commission of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF).

Emmanuelle Lourdeau

Partner

Emmanuelle Lourdeau, partner, specialises in tax law. She is particularly involved in restructuring operations and the taxation of groups of companies.

Emmanuelle Lourdeau has a recognized experience in structuring the activity of liberal professionals and in particular lawyers. In 2018, she co-hosted a conference on the theme of the tax and social issues of the choice of practice structure during the 12th edition of Campus Paris 2018.
She also has expertise in VAT (banking transactions, VAT and payroll tax management, ticketing and intangible transactions).

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Emmanuelle Lourdeau holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation – DJCE Paris II Assas (1997) and a degree in English from Paris IV La Sorbonne.
She is a member of the Institute of Tax Lawyers (IACF) and the National Association of Diplomas Jurists and Business Advisors (ANDJCE).
Before joining the firm in January 2002, she worked from 1998 to 2001 in a Parisian accounting firm as a tax lawyer.

Emmanuel Bigarré

Partner

Emmanuel Bigarré, partner specialising in tax law, advises on corporate and wealth taxation.

He has developed a particular expertise in the field of taxation of groups of companies, applied in particular to the passenger transport and IT services sector.
He has also acquired expertise in wealth taxation (in particular in relation to the Dutreil pact) and has been listed every year since 2013 in the ranking of the magazine Décideurs stratégie Finance Droit as having a well-known expertise in wealth taxation.

Finally, he conducts training courses on the taxation of assets (Dutreil Pact and Patrimonial Holding)
Holder of a DESS in tax law – University of Bourgogne Dijon (2001), an international diploma in European tax law (2001) and a DEA in corporate law – Paris IX Dauphine (2003), Emmanuel Bigarré was ranked 3rd in the Trophy for the best young tax specialist (TMJF 2001).

Emmanuel Bigarré has been a member of the Paris Bar since January 2005. He has been in practice with the firm since October 2003.

Floriane Trémoureux

Partner

Floriane Trémoureux, partner in tax law. She is particularly involved in the taxation of groups of companies and in the taxation of assets.
She is cited in the ranking of the magazine “Décideurs Stratégie Finance Droit” as having a reputable practice in wealth taxation.

Finally, she conducts training courses on internal restructuring operations (simplified mergers and TUP) and on the Dutreil Pacts.

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Floriane Trémoureux holds a Master’s degree in tax law from the University of Rennes I (2007).
She joined the firm in October 2009.

François-Xavier Martin

Of counsel

François-Xavier Martin is a lawyer and counsel in tax law and holds a DJCE from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (2012) and is involved in corporate and wealth taxation.

Participation in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Nineteenth Moot).
He joined the firm as an associate lawyer in January 2016 after an experience in an international law firm.

Valentin Tartary has been an associate lawyer at Touttée Conseil & Associés since October 2024.
Before joining the firm, he was a tax lawyer at EY Avocats in Paris – La Défense.

He works in corporate and wealth taxation.
He is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne where he obtained a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Taxation (2020).

Dised Dollapaj

Associated

Dised Dollapaj holds a DJCE from the University of Strasbourg (2022).
Before joining the firm in September 2024, he had international experience, notably in Ireland, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

He works in corporate and wealth taxation.
He is completing the professional training school of the bars under the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal (EFB) and will soon be a lawyer at the Court.

Félicie Camara

Administrative and financial manager

Félicie-Aminata Camara-Marissal holds a degree in law, economics and management (with a specialization in law) from the University of Paris II Assas (2021), and joined the firm in parallel with her studies in January 2019. In particular, she assists Emmanuelle Lourdeau in corporate law.

Since March 2022, she has held the position of Administrative and Financial Manager responsible for the firm’s internal accounting, financial management and current taxation.
